COMPANY DESCRIPTION
One of our clients, Trasis, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.
As an ERP Business Analyst, you will understand and analyse the needs of the various departments in order to propose and follow up the implementation of improvements to the company's IT management tools (ERP and related tools). You are in charge of projects aimed at digitalising and optimising business processes within the company. You will work to increase the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the company's activities.
You report directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Identify and define business expactations
- Organise and facilitate user requirements workshops
- Document processes and suggest improvements
- Identify the needs and constraints of each department, detect gaps, propose and model detaled solutions which may be IT and/or organisational
- Define and prioritise the identified development plans
- Identify and participate in the selection of the most appropriate software solutions for current and future needs
- Carry out the functional analysis and participate in the technical analysis
- Act as the main point of contact and project manager for the software solutions to be purchased or subcontracted
- Supervise acceptance testing of software solutions to validate the correct functioning of the software before it is put into production
- With the help of department managers, ensure the promotion of the new solution deployed to users
- Support and train the various users in the use of the new tool

YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor/Master studies in Computer Science and/or minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
- Good command of French and English (B1-B2)
- First experience in process modelling, business requirements training, management of complex business and IT projects
- Good knowledge in writing and validation functional specifications
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Good knowledge of IT tools (office automation, databases, information storage and retrieval tools)
- Interest in programming languages
- Assertiveness, pragmatism and proactivity
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Problem solving and project planning skills
