To expand our team we are looking for a TRAINER who will work in our training department "Idealis Academy". 


POSITION DESCRIPTION

 

  • Define the training content
  • Identify the target audience and their training needs in Odoo, SAP and Intra Idealis (HR, Soft Skills, etc.)
  • Organize trainings
  • Ensure the development and support of the Academy department
  • Manage projects (budget, schedule, resources, governance with the client, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE


  • Bachelor/Master studies in a related area (Business Management, Computer Sciences, Engineering, ...)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is an asset
  • Comfortable with IT tools and environment
  • Basic knowledge of Odoo is a plus
  • Presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to precisely understand the needs and processes of an organization
